Responsibilities of Morgan Stanley Careers:
Coordinate new projects with the client and internal team. Maintains and tracks open items log and ensures client satisfaction and remediation for all items.
Liaise with various Morgan Stanley service support organizations to ensure awareness of plan rules and critical events for appropriate support.
Maintain an open dialogue with the Strategic Relationship Manager about plan events, open items, or key issues affecting the plan that may affect the company’s overall strategic plans.
Industry Webcast and Morgan Stanley maintain industry and product education by promoting educational forums. and share information related to educational sessions with the client base as applicable.
Assist in high volume hours by sharing information professionally and respectfully with all colleagues and as needed.
Conduct quarterly reviews with clients to update clients on plan health with product trends and enhancements as well as detailed plan-level statistics.
Regular contact with customers to maintain a high level of personal interaction
Monitor client satisfaction through internal benchmarks as well as regularly inquire with management about their satisfaction levels.
Promote and share best practices from our products and industry on how to improve service and execution.
Align client requests and expectations with business needs and constraints while maintaining positive relationships with client contacts.
Qualifications Required:
Must have the ability to make the case for difficult decisions and present them to management.
Ability to identify problems and articulate concerns both verbally and in writing that can be clearly communicated to internal and external stakeholders required for resolution.
Comfortable running meetings and speaking in large groups
Having a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation and experience with Shareworks are significant advantages.
Proficient in using MS Office products is a requirement.
Strong understanding of executive compensation, stock plan, and ESPP industries
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Some travel will be required.
The ability to organize and manage open issues for multiple projects is a must-have skill for this position.
Ability to work under high-pressure periods with very tight time constraints
Degree Required:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant industry
Work Experience required:
4-8 years of industry experience required.
